Base Incinerator is non-custodian platform.

Users interact directly with smart contracts on the Base network and retain full control over their wallets at all times.

Irreversible burns

All burn operations performed through Base Incinerator are irreversible.

Once an asset is burned:

• It is permanently removed from circulation

• It cannot be recovered, refunded, or reversed

• No party, including Base Incinerator, can restore the asset

User responsibility

By using Base Incinerator, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the assets you choose to burn

• You understand the consequences of approving and confirming transactions

• You verify all transaction details before signing

Base Incinerator does not:

• Verify the economic value of assets

• Prevent users from burning valuable tokens or NFTs

• Assume responsibility for user mistakes or decisions

No liability

The platform and its contributors are not responsible for:

• Loss of assets due to user actions

• Incorrect approvals or transactions

• Misuse of the platform

• Interactions with third-party wallets or smart contracts

Use Base Incinerator only if you fully understand the permanent and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
